Andrea Granchi describes the transition from the first "sound improvisations"-which occurred as a young boy during screenings at the parish cinema-to the genesis of the first silent films built on the relationship between stillness and movement. The artist also recalls the approach to cinema that occurred thanks to improvised music concerts organized with other artists.
