Coniglio, leoni e circostanze varie is a film that was born following the request of a friend of Luca Ferro, Allaman Allemani, to send a video to a meeting of relatives in which he and a cousin are unable to take part. Thus was born a film in which the two cousins, with a digital camera aimed at a malfunctioning television record - commenting - some images taken from old 8mm movies of their family. The result is a video-letter, a metalinguistic experiment and a story of how family cinema can interact with contemporary reality and everyday life.
