To del with the multiplication of film festivals, there are various proposals. From the magazine "Liberi Orizzonti" comes the suggestion to concentrate everything in one film festival dedicated to amateur filmmaking to be hosted in Rome every year. Another proposal is to invite the individual organisers to make their festivals specialised in such a way that, having a specific identity, each individual festival would justify its presence within an increasingly crowded panorama.
