In addition to the screening of Anna by Grifi and Sarchielli, Nanni Moretti also played an important role in the independent film scene. Moretti shot in Super 8 and frequented the filmstudio, also participating with his films in the Dimensione Super8 festival. It was only with Io sono un autarchico (I am an autarchist) that he was able to offer the work, shot in Super 8, that launched his film career.
