Two young leading figures of the Italian navy, both of noble birth, Marco Notarbartolo di Sciara and Eugenio di Savoia-Genova, the Duke of Ancona, are flying over Ischia, Capri and Vesuvius. The former, at the age of thirty-one, is an officer in the order of the latter, a Savoy four years younger, who is a lieutenant of vessel.
