Fedic's support system for Cine-clubs

The cine-clubs were film clubs that on the one hand promoted film culture and on the other gave amateur filmmakers the opportunity to try their hand by providing exhibition materials, cameras, films, space and funding to make short films. The possibility for amateur filmmakers to make these films was linked to the central body of the FEDIC, which co-ordinated the cine-clubs and distributed the technical equipment and films according to their greater or lesser activity.
