Once he joined the Cineteca Nazionale, Aprà undertook to find all the films of the Italian experimentalists in order to allow their proper preservation and valorisation. The first to take an interest in the experimental scene came about twenty years after the end of the Coopertiva and experimentalism seasons. Aprà outlines his considerations regarding the recovery of interest in this artistic and niche heritage.
